Terrible, if you don't have a major case they can make a large sum of money on, they're not interested in dealing with you. If you want a responsive lawyer, look elsewhere.
Awful... after paying for there services, my phone calls where never returned, I have been trying to get a refund for service's not render for over a month and still can't get my $250 back..... terrible.

That partner realized that she could not help him due to the specific litigation taking place in another state.
