Thanks to Brian, I found out the jewelry I inherited and then told it was all costume jewelry was worth $30,000. His keen eye and helpful spirit saw the value of a ring I was wearing on a visit to the store. Brian was such a pleasure to work with.
bought bracelet for wife last Christmas. she's wore it may be 15-20 times. fell off her arm at her desk. broke between links of the chain. took it back for repairs to fred meyer. were told 1 week, so 3 weeks later we stop by for 3rd time. they cant find bracelet after 20 minutes a sales person offered to refund our purchase about that time another salesperson found the bracelet, the repair look like a 12 year old did it, the bracelet looked burnt. The jeweler had a note stating ALL the links were weak so I told them its poor quality they offered to exchange it for another bracelet . My wife picked out another bracelet that was about 40 dollars cheaper so they refund me the price of the original bracelet . then charge me for the second bracelet but they give me a gift card for the balance the new bracelet breaks the next day I call ,and they will replace it. I ask about a refund, FINALLY they agreed to a refund. I took the broken bracelet in along with the gift card they would only refund the bracelet price. I'm left with a 40 dollar gift card I don't want or need. I was SO sick and tired of hearing I didn't purchase the warranty well let me tell you something, quality jewelry don't just break. if you look on the internet consumer complaints Fred Meyers have 1.5 stars out of a possible 5. I wish I could give 0 stars. I think its very cheap Asian made jewelry. everyone should steer clear, just read the nightmares about Fred Meyer on line and decide for yourself
