I broke my leg severally was looking at foot amputation in 2012. The E.R staff was tremendous, very very good and very kind. The surgical team proved to be amazing as well, my leg and foot were saved. Staff on the floor as well did super, very nice!!!!
I made a call tonight to seek advice to help my mother and the ER nurse was extremely rude and acted like they didn't even want to speak to me about the situation. And couldn't even tell me if I should bring my mother to the ER or not. So the hell with this place I wouldn't take my sworn enemy to that place. Thanks a lot Jewish Hospital of Shelbyville!
They left us in triage for almost 2 hours with no chairs to sit in. We had to keep asking what was going on and the Dr still didn't come in. 3 hours and never once did the Dr appear. Terrible service.
If you can wait 15 more minutes go anywhere else I. The world.
It’s a disorganized hospital that is only in the business to drain you of your money. You come here, you’ll be at a different hospital in less than a week due to the same problem being unresolved or treated incorrectly. They lose paperwork. I’ve been here a few time due to emergency related issues, and swear I hope to never in my life have to return.
