Very pleased with service. Very pleased with service. Oil change, tire rotation and possible leak in coolant system. We are pleased with O'Brien Ford, we are not happy with the Ford Motor company. There is a recall on my 2014 Ford Escape in reference to the coolant system, we have been waiting 9 months for a part for the coolant system. This is ridiculous and shows Ford Company does not care about their customers. I will not purchase another Ford product.
